Gajak Recipe
Desi pure and clean sesame is required to make Gajak. First of all, clean sesame seeds are roasted in ghee on low flame. Mole should not burn. Jaggery syrup is prepared with clean water. After 20 minutes the syrup is cooled in a big plate. The layer is made and it is pulled with the help of wood by hanging it on the wall. Keep stirring until the color of the syrup turns completely white. This makes Gajak crispy.
Now add sesame seeds to this syrup. After that they beat him fiercely. This takes about 15 minutes. After mixing well, Gajak is cut according to the size by placing it on a big stone slab.
Why is Morena’s Gajak special?
